Driver Certification
Driver Application and Health History Forms
Anyone who wishes to drive for Ram Van or an athletic or club team please follow the instructions on the Driver Certification form and fill out the other forms prior to coming into the office. In addition, if you would like to become a driver for the Office of Intercampus Transportation, you may place your name on our Driver Waiting List. To do so, you can either stop by our office to inquire, or you can e-mail ramvan@fordham.edu.
