Ram Van Airport Service
The Department of Intercampus Transportation now provides Ram Van service to New York City Airports at different times during the year. Please check our schedule for breaks offered. Currently, Ram Van provides service from Rose Hill to JFK and LaGuardia Airports.
After the deadline, we create a van schedule based on all reservations to best fit the needs of customers. Passengers may still come up and check if any van has remaining space that is convenient with their flight time. In order to ensure a spot on the van it is necessary to turn in a form prior to the deadline.
We recommend checking in and printing your boarding pass on-line, whenever possible. This saves time by not having to wait on line at the terminal.

Fares
Passengers will be charged $20 per person for a one-way trip to JFK or LaGuardia Airport. All fares must be submitted with a Reservation Request Form at the Ram Van Office. Fares may be paid in cash, with a personal check, or with an Airport Service Ticket from the Ticket Vending Machines. All checks must be made payable to "Fordham University." Passengers from the Lincoln Center campus have the option of mailing us their registration form and an Airport Service Ticket. If passengers chose to mail in their forms, payment must be included with the registration form for it to be accepted.
Groups
Limited to availability, groups may request to charter a van to any airport. These accomodations can seat up to 10 people with one bag and 7 people with two bags. The cost will be $160.
Refunds
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance and missing your scheduled departure time will result in forfeiture of fare.
Reservations
Passengers are invited to fill out the service request form. This short form should be filled out in its entirety and returned to the Ram Van Office (McGinley Center, Room 241) along with your pre-paid fare. When filling out the reservation request, please list your flight's scheduled departure time. A custom schedule will be developed based on the needs of passengers and youwill beadvised towhat time your van is departing Rose Hill. You may find this form in the Ram Van Office, or you may print your own from the links below.

Luggage
Van seating will be rearranged to accommodate bags. However, passengers are limited to the number of bags they are allowed to bring. For the Winter and End of School Breaks, passengers are allowed 2 bags and 1 carry-on item. For the Thanksgiving and Spring/Easter Breaks, passengers are allowed 1 bag and 1 carry-on item.

Deadlines
The deadlines to reserve a guaranteed a spot on a van are listed above. Once we have received these reservations, we custom make a schedule based on the need. While we do accept walk-ins, space is limited and walk-ins can only sign up for prescheduled times. Additional vans will not be added. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO SIGN UP BY THE DEADLINE IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT ON A VAN.
Residents of Lincoln Center
All members of the Fordham Community are welcome to take the service. All scheduled departures will be made from Rose Hill. Passengers are responsible for paying for their fare to Rose Hill for the departure, whether it means taking the subway, Ram Van, or Metro North. However, if you are a Lincoln Center student, you have the option to charter a van that will depart from the Lincoln Center Campus. Please contact us regarding rates.
