The University Help Desk provides support and assistance for all technology issues related to Fordham IT services. This includes E-mail, IT Support, Network access (wired & wireless), Hardware installations & malfunctions, Virus infections & prevention, Software installations & malfunctions, and Telephone & Fax line requests.

Walk-In Support Centers
The Rose Hill Walk-In Support Center, located at McGinley 229, is available between 8AM and 6PM.

The Lincoln Center Walk-In Support Center, located at Lowenstein SL 19A, is available between 10AM and 6PM.

Please note: There is no service available on days that the University is closed.
