Empire Members and Your RX
As of January 1, 2009, Empire’s prescription drug benefit is administered internally by Empire’s Pharmacy Benefits Management organization, NetRx. In December of 2008, all Empire members received a welcome kit including a new ID card and information on the new mail order service. Members also received and the new formulary list and a list of participating pharmacy chains. If you have not yet received your card in the mail, please call member services at 1-888-613-6091. |
