Mr. Daniel Blessing ’09 (Fordham College at Rose Hill) has received a University of California, San Diego, Electrical & Computer Engineering Fellowship, and a University of Texas, Houston, Electrical & Computer Engineering Graduate Recruitment Fellowship. Mr. Gregory Blume ‘09 (Graduate School of Arts & Sciences) has received a Folger Institute, Grant-in-Aid. Ms. Claire Borders ‘11 (Fordham College at Rose Hill) has received a Columbia Scholastic Press Association Gold Circle Award, Certificate of merit for “entertainment reviews in newspapers.” The paper also won a certificate of merit for “overall design in tabloid format for newspapers.” Mr. John Briggs (Graduate School of Arts & Sciences) has received an International Peace & Development Travel Grant, Catholic Relief Services, to Honduras and an International Development Fellowship, Catholic Relief Services, to Uganda. Ms. Bridget Bucardo-Rivera ‘09 (Graduate School of Arts & Sciences) has received an International Peace & Development Travel Grant, Catholic Relief Services, to El Salvador and to Nicaragua.
